The 16th Annual Moenlam Chhenmo commenced today, presided over by His Eminence Tsugla Lopen of the Central Monastic Body. The Tsirang Lam Neten, along with over 150 monks from Tsirang Namgyel Choeling Rabdey, are conducting the five-day prayer ceremony, which is being attended by hundreds of devotees.
On Saturday, His Eminence Tsugla Lopen Rinpoche will preside over the Tshokhor and bestow empowerment upon the devotees.
