Land Record Section

The Land Record Section of Tsirang Dzongkhag Administration plays a pivotal role in managing land-related services and ensuring accurate and up-to-date land information for the public and the government. It is responsible for maintaining land ownership records, processing land transactions such as sales, exchanges, inheritance, and lease, and issuing Lagthrams (land ownership certificates) in coordination with the National Land Commission (NLC).

The section also facilitates land demarcation, resurvey activities, land use planning, and resolves land disputes in collaboration with relevant authorities. With the adoption of digital systems like the eSakor, the section has improved efficiency, transparency, and accessibility of land services for citizens.
