Col. Passang Dorji, Deputy Chief of Police, Crime and Operations Department, along with a few officers from the Royal Bhutan Police, conducted a sensitization program on various crime and drug-related issues. The session focused on the collective responsibility of all individuals in maintaining a safe and secure community.

The program was attended by sector heads, regional heads, gups, school principals, De-Suups, and members of the community. During the session, the team emphasized the importance of awareness and proactive measures in preventing crime and substance abuse. They also discussed the growing concerns surrounding social media misuse, various types of scams, and the need for responsible online behavior.

The awareness program aimed to educate participants on recognizing potential threats, understanding their social responsibilities, and actively contributing to the creation of a crime-free and drug-free society.
