The Dzongkhag Administration, Tsirang successfully conducted the Mid-Term Review (MTR) of the 13th Five-Year Plan at the Dzongkhag Tshogdu Hall on 24th March, 2026. The session was chaired by the Honβble Minister of Infrastructure and Transport and attended by representatives from central agencies (OCASC, RCSC, and MoF), Members of Parliament, regional offices, Dzongkhag sector heads, and Local Government officials.
During the review, both the Dzongkhag and Gewogs presented their progress, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and implementation issues related to the 13th FYP. The session provided an important platform for assessing ongoing activities, discussing constraints, and strengthening coordination among all stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of planned programs.
The Dzongkhag Administration extends its sincere appreciation to all stakeholders, including central agencies, local leaders, and participants, for their active engagement and valuable contributions in making the MTR a successful and meaningful session.
