HR

The Human Resource Section of Tsirang Dzongkhag Administration is responsible for managing all personnel-related functions across the dzongkhag’s civil service system. This includes recruitment, placement, transfers, promotions, training, and performance management of staff working in the Dzongkhag Administration and its sector offices. The HR section ensures that civil servants are deployed effectively based on the needs of different sectors and that their services are aligned with national HR policies and guidelines issued by the Royal Civil Service Commission (RCSC).

Background

In addition to administrative responsibilities, the HR section also plays a vital role in enhancing workforce capacity through planning and facilitating professional development opportunities. It ensures that staff members receive timely support on HR matters such as leave management, staff benefits, and civil service entitlements. By promoting fairness, transparency, and efficiency in HR processes, the section contributes to the overall performance, motivation, and professionalism of the public service delivery system in Tsirang Dzongkhag.
