Honourable President of Tsirang Sports Association and the General Secretary of Bhutan Football Federation(BFF) signed Memorandum of Understanding today at BFF's Office, Thimphu on the Handing and Taking over of Astro Truf Football ground of Tsirang with effect from 1/02/2019. The ownership of the football ground shall be with TSA.
