Tsirang Dzongkhag observed the descending day of Lord Buddha in Moenlamthang, in the grand park of Gyelsey Dhenkuen Drukpa and Yum Juma Lhazin, on October 31, 2018 corresponding to 22nd day of 9th month of male fire dog year in Bhutanese calender.
Civil Servants, regional heads, Dratshang, Armed forces, teachers and students of Damphu Central School attended the day long program.
The event was jointly organized by Tsirang Rabdey and Damphu Central School.
