The Dzongkhag Administration has coordinated Dzongkhag General Staff Coordination Meeting on 10th November, 2023 chaired by Dasho Dzongdag. The meeting was attended by Sector Heads, all staff and GAOs. The objective of the coordination meeting is to discuss and address the issues in hand and improve coordination among staff. Additionally, the floor was informed that Power pack meetings can be convened for any emergency or field issues to be discussed and resolved. Furthermore, the floor was informed that the platform can be used for sharing any breakthrough and new ideas for the benefit of the Administration.
During the meeting the following agendas has been discussed:
1. Deliberation and endorsement of Moderation criteria
2. Deliberation on Online feedback system
3. Deliberation on shortage of manpower
4. Waste management
5. Conduct of Dzongkhag annual Rimdro
6. Potluck program
The agendas of the meeting were extensively deliberated and came to consensus for the same.
