The Dzongkhag Administration, Tsirang is commemorating the 63rd Birth Anniversary of our Beloved Great Fourth Druk Gyalpo Jigme Singye Wangchuck by collecting wastes from five directions lead by Dasho Dzongda, Dzongrab, Assistant Auditor General, Thrizin and Deputy Thrislzin covering 11 km by each team, offering of thousand butter lamps with longevity prayers and followed by cultural programmes.
