Department of Livestock (DoL) under Ministry of Agriculture and Forest (MoAF) in joint partnership with
De-suung office is carrying out Nationwide Free Roaming Dog Population Survey. In that note, Tsirang
Dzongkhag is deploying 125 Desuups in 12 Gewogs coordinated by livestock sector to conduct survey on
29-30 th December 2021. Therefore all general public, Dratshang, Royal Bhutan Police Colony, other
Regional Office colonies, construction sites, workshops and Institutions are requested to give access and
provide necessary support for the success of Dog Population Management Program.
