This is to inform our general public that Tsirang COVID19 TaskForce under the dynamic leadership of Incident Commander had setup two hotline numbers for the convenience of our people to ask or query on Health or other services and grievances from the first phase of Lockdown.
From the past experience, we have now integregated both the number of Tashicell and Bmobile and also segregated the Hotline number.
Henceforth general public are requested to call 1220 to enquire on health related grievances only. For other services like Druk Gyalpo Relief Kidu, Stranded-travellers, shelter, essential and non-essential services delivery can call 1221 from both Tashicell and Bmobile.
Therefore Taskforce requested general public to connect to this two Hotline number 1220 and 1221 to solve your genuine problem and help us to serve you better.
